Each situation calls for a tailored response that can lead to fair decisions while respectfully engaging the individuals involved. In organizational settings, legal frameworks often provide an initial point of reference, but these may not be sufficient to address the human and relational dimensions of the tensions at play.
Our proposed approach considers the implicit reference points that shape interpersonal relationships. It helps bring these into focus and supports dialogue between the parties, while remaining aligned with both the letter and the spirit of applicable laws and policies.
This approach supports interventions that are rigorous, nuanced and grounded in humanity, paving the way to responsible, preventive solutions that contribute to a shared sense of safety.

Les personnes qui ont le plus marqué mon parcours ont souvent été celles qui avaient eu peu ou pas accès à l’éducation formelle, mais dont la parole et la présence exprimaient une intelligence et une lucidité remarquables. Ces rencontres ont ancré une conviction durable : chaque personne possède une capacité de compréhension et de discernement, même lorsqu’elle ne se reconnaît pas elle-même comme légitime ou compétente pour l’exprimer.
Les interventions proposées s’appuient sur cette conviction. Elles visent à permettre aux personnes de reconnaître et de mobiliser leur propre intelligence, tout en portant une attention rigoureuse à ce qui entrave le dialogue et le sentiment de justice. Cette approche intervient avec respect, en tenant compte de la vulnérabilité, de la dignité et de la fierté de chacune des personnes rencontrées.
